Spring Band & Music Concerts
The elementary music concert and band concert were held last week.  What great shows!  The elementary performed songs by the Beatles.  PK-1st started the program, and then the 2nd & 3rd grade joined them to sing "Imagine".  The 2nd & 3rd graders ended the evening with inviting the audience to sing "Hey Jude" with them.  On Thursday, the bands from 4th - high school performed.  The high school band played a "sneak peek" of the marching show for next fall.  Mr. Martinez awarded Mattie Sparks the John Philip Sousa award which is the highest honor a band member can receive.  Congratulations to Mr. &  Mrs. Martinez for a job well done!
